Our Facility

We have several playrooms at The Clubhouse, designed to provide a safe and supervised play space for dogs of all sizes and personalities. All the dogs have free access to a huge, securely fenced-in yard, with a separate yard for our little Clubhouse members.  Fresh water is always available throughout the facility. In addition, an UltraVation UV air filtration system has been installed to help eliminate airborne viruses and bacteria. Our Clubhouse members are closely supervised at all times by our experienced and trained pack leaders, all of whom are trained in Canine CPR and First Aid.

No expense has been spared in providing a stimulating environment designed to encourage safe play and exercise.  We have a wide selection of playground equipment and daycare appropriate toys designed specifically for dogs so they will never get bored!  Come take a tour for more details about our facility and behind the scenes action… Must call to schedule the tour.

Meet Our Team

paris
Clubhouse Owner

Paris

Paris is the owner/operator of Canine Clubhouse, and established the business in December 2012.
Her love for animals began at a very early age while growing up in a home filled with pets. By the time she was five years old, Paris had already decided to be a veterinarian when she grew up. When she was ten years old, her plans expanded to include opening a dog “bed and breakfast”. Little did she know that 17 years later, that dream would be a reality!

Paris attended college where she focused on pre-vet classes and small animal health. She then went on to business school as she moved closer to solidifying her dream of opening a dog daycare, she changed her major to Entrepreneurship and the complexities of running a successful small business.

mek
Pack Supervisor

MeK

Mekalea Chambliss is our Pack Supervisor here at The Clubhouse, and comes to us with tons of experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes, having been around dogs her entire life. Growing up, Mek was involved in the 4H Dog Program, where she showed and trained dogs in Obedience Rally Obedience and Agility. She also has been on the NYS 4-H Dog Advisory Committee, where decisions were made on the involvement of 4H at the NYS Fair and other public forums. Mek attended Alfred State College where she graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program.

Mek became a volunteer for the Guiding Eyes for the Blind in 2002. She has raised 11 puppies to date for the program, and is currently the Co-Region Coordinator in the Central NY area. Part of her responsibilities is to assist in organizing and teaching classes to other GEB volunteers.
We were very fortunate to have Mek come on board at The Clubhouse in early 2014. Mek is also certified in Canine CPR through the Pet Tech program, and, along with Paris, has trained the entire staff of The Clubhouse. Mek was promoted to Pack Supervisor in February 2015.

alyssa2
Pack Handler

Alyssa

Alyssa has a passion for all dogs – especially, as she calls it, “the smushy face” ones! Pugs, Mastiffs, Bull Dogs – you name it – if it has that kind of face, Alyssa claims them as her own! She has a Pug of her own named Buddy who joins her all the time at The Clubhouse.

When she’s not taking excellent care of all your four-legged friends, Alyssa loves to go on adventures with her friends. Besides dogs, music is her favorite thing in the world. She has a degree in music and loves to sing. At any given moment, we can hear her even singing to the dogs! She also loves hiking and concerts, and checking out the local attractions around the area.

Alyssa joined The Clubhouse in October 2014, and like all of our staff at The Clubhouse, is trained in Canine CPR, ensuring the safety and well-being of all our four-legged friends!

danny
Groomer

Danny

Danny is one of our two experienced groomers on staff here at The Clubhouse. Danny was born in Vietnam, raised in Los Angeles, and since then has been fortunate enough to live in California, New Mexico, and Georgia before moving to New York.
Danny is married with 2 children, Cayden and Elsa. He also shares his home with 10 year old, Bradley, a Yorkie mix.

Danny has been grooming for seven years, coming on board with us in March 2015. When we asked him what drives him to do what he does, Danny answered, “What I love to do is transform a shaggy dog into a beautiful pup or an handsome lap dog. That feeling is worth all the dog hair!” And he does a lot of transforming at The Clubhouse!
